You keep ownership of what you write and photograph. By posting, you allow the forum to display and archive that content in threads. Keep it honest: no invented results, no copied recipes passed off as your own, and no promotional posting for a supplier you are connected to.
Recipes shared by members are personal experiments, not instructions. Patch-test anything new, watch how your scalp reacts, and keep raw ingredients clean and correctly stored. If a rinse, butter or infusion causes irritation, stop using it and speak to a qualified health professional.
The forum and its moderators do not guarantee that any recipe, ratio or ingredient swap will suit your hair type or water. We are not liable for damage, spoilage or loss arising from what you mix at home based on member posts. Moderators may edit, move or remove threads that break these rules.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if a member harasses others, floods threads, or repeatedly ignores moderator guidance. Where a thread is removed for rule breaches, the content may no longer be recoverable.
